Communications with EE have become significantly worse and Im about over it

I need to be able to get someone on the damn phone, live chat, or at least start giving fast emails responses again. Thats how EE was up until recently. If I had an issue there was always Meherete, Curtis, or even Lucas or Derek available and easily accessible to handle it on the spot.

My initial contact was a rant about an issue that I expected to be ignored and recieve a generic email a day or 2 later. Instead, Luke and Meherete were there on the spot responding in emails as fast as a live chat. My words were not only read, but considered to such a degree that we'd built a report within a day or so, in which we were able to discuss other mutually beneficial topics. That would've been great customer service, but it went further than that because these weren't just random people, but the main gears that make the clock turn. It quickly did away with the feeling that I was dealing with a service provider like T-Mobile, and made it feel like family or at the very least like we were some sort of team or club.

Now, Im here writing this because I can't find any other way to contact a damn person to help me edit this project in my account that I uploaded the masters for yesterday, so that I can wrap it up and move on to the next project.
